The DIS Mentoring programme is a coach led resource helping athletes to develop the 6 key life skills that a piece research we carried out identified to be essential for successful people in and out of sport. Confidence, Communication, Resilience, Motivation, Self-awareness, and Self-regulation.

This programme makes use of resources designed by DIS psychologists and coaches in combination with the facilitation of conversation from coaches that have experience in high performance sporting environments
